Product Introduction:
The SGEP-300C continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions is a flue gas online monitoring system developed by our company to meet the requirements of relevant national atmospheric emission standards, absorb advanced and mature international technologies, and combine with the actual situation on site in China (low temperature, high humidity, high corrosion). The system is based on the EL3020 gas analyzer from ABB in Germany, and is designed and developed using automation control technology, computer application technology, and related specialized analysis software. It is a complete system from sampling, preprocessing, gas analysis to data acquisition and upload.
Mainly used for treating SO in flue gas2、 Dynamic continuous monitoring of pollutants such as NOx, as well as monitoring of other parameters such as oxygen, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. Through a data acquisition and processing system, charts are generated and the monitoring data is transmitted remotely to environmental protection departments at all levels in accordance with the HJ212 national standard communication protocol, thereby achieving remote continuous monitoring of the flue gas emission process.
